The Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s is full of flowers, each carried by someone committed to ending this disease. Because like flowers, our participants don’t stop when something’s in their way. They keep raising funds and awareness for a breakthrough in the fight against Alzheimer’s and all other dementia.

At the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s®, every flower tells a story. The different colors of the Promise Garden Flowers we carry show our personal connections to the cause:

  • Blue stands for someone living with Alzheimer’s or another dementia.
  • Purple represents an individual who has lost someone to the disease.
  • Yellow signifies someone who is currently supporting or caring for a person living with Alzheimer’s.
  • Orange indicates a participant who supports the cause and the Association’s vision of a world without Alzheimer’s and other dementia®

Come join Visiting Angels August 24th for a fun evening and create your own flower with $15.00 from each painting coming back to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Here at Visiting Angels, we provide a variety of elder care services including helping those with Alzheimer’s disease. We ensure top quality of senior care and help manage the struggles of those impacted by Alzheimer’s disease on a daily basis.

We are honoring everyone who has ever faced the hardship of a loved one experiencing Alzheimer’s and those managing the disease themselves. Alzheimer’s effects so many people and we strive to help in the process of elder care management and ensuring the absolute best quality of care and life.

Please come join our team August 24th for a fun night and help support the cause.
